Our classes

About

  • Classes are open to all abilities, whether this is your first time doing Pilates or you are a Pilates PRO, I will cater to all your individual needs.

  • Please bring your own mat.

  • Arrive 5 minutes before class time begins.

  • If you have an injury or any health condition please check with your doctor before attending. Exercises can be adapted to suit you, please inform me before class.

  • If you wish to cancel your class please do so 24 hours before via your email booking confirmation. Otherwise you will not receive a refund.

  • If you are pregnant unfortunately this is not suitable for you currently.

Meditation Sessions

  • My meditation sessions provide a full 40 minutes of guided meditation and breathwork, offering you a perfect opportunity to unwind, relax, and attune to your body while connecting with your inner self. For those seeking an added layer of stress relief, an optional massage is available to target and soothe pressure points

Parent & Baby Classes

  • Please see workout schedule and see (BABIES WELCOME) listed next to workout for the parent & baby suitable class.

  • I recommend mums wait 8-10 weeks after giving birth (but please speak to your doctor before starting exercise again)

  • Your baby and pram are welcome into the studio space but please note this is just a workout for you. Your baby will be welcomed into the safe space next to you whilst you enjoy the workout and you won’t have to leave if there’s any noise from little one or they need feeding!

  • If you do not have a baby, you are still welcome to the class.

  • During the class there is no pressure and it will be an easy go with the flow atmosphere suitable for all levels.

  • Adaptions are always given if you want to advance and modifications if needed.

Book a Class

Classes will be available to book in advance every month. Your weekly time-table will also be available to view via our home-page and Instagram.
